This morning I gave the blog a new look for summer. She has been wearing the same old look since spring and really needed a change. Or, perhaps I needed the change. In the midst of trying on new wallpaper, fonts, pictures, etc. I realized that I only posted twice in June. Geminie.
June was a fantastic month:
We celebrated Joshua's birthday!!!
Happy Birthday, Baby. I love you so very much!
We celebrated Father's Day with pretty much the greatest dad ever
Millie-Girl has been part of our life for over a month. In that time, we have gone to the vet for puppy shots. She learned to jump off of furniture and increase her mobility thereby keeping us on our toes. She has gone to the animal emergency room for ingesting poisonous food. This was a traumatic experience...I do not think she enjoyed it either. She has learned to jump onto furniture. Her Nina and her friend Bella taught her that new trick yesterday! Her coat has begun to change from black to a silvery charcoal. Our lives are not close to the same - we have become crazy, nutty puppy owners but we love her and love every minute of it.
I have completed another year of seminary. I am finished with my languages. There were moments that I was sure I would not make it. There were moments when I wanted to pull out my hair looking at all the funny squiggly letters and trying to decipher their meanings. I seriously could not have done it without Joshua, the best language tutor ever. It has been a long two years. I am finished. I am thankful.
I have a new phone. My old one has been broken for the last 1.5 years of our time together. There was a mutual dislike between us. Our time together ended amicably: I with a new phone and her, tossed in a drawer. I love my new phone. She takes pictures AND videos...mostly of Millie-girl. Then, she sends the pictures and video to my mother and Josh.

I like the new look of your blog. June has been a great month and we are so very happy to have Millie in our lives. I do, however, get kind of sick to my stomach to think how close Boston is.... :(
love you so much!
